The Ferrari Racing Car as introduced in 1963 as part of the new racing series that included the Dinky #240 Cooper, #241 Lotus, #242 Ferrari and the #243 BRM. The Ferrari was only available in a red body colour with the number 36 racing decals and spun hubs.
Model #242 was issued between 1963-70.
