Dinky 23g/233/208
Cooper Bristol Racing Car

The #6 Cooper Bristol Racing Car was part of the popular racing series issued by Dinky. The Cooper Bristol was introduced in 1953 as model 23g in a green body with silver exhaust pipes. The driver was in white and part of the body casting. Some versions also included spun hubs. In 1954, the model was renumbered to 233 until it was eventually renumbered again to model 208 (the model number 233 continued to be displayed on the baseplate) where it was sold in a blister package with plastic hubs. The model numbers 23g and 233 were clearly displayed on the baseplate.

Model #23g was issued between 1953-54, Model #233 was issued between 1954-62 and Model 208 was issued between 1962-64.
